  This is the second time I've used this store to make a foam board sign. I came many days ahead of when I needed the sign and offered to pick it up 3 days before the event but he insisted he'd have it earlier..then I got it early, left it bagged up and put it flat on top of my piano inside my home. On the day of the party I went to put it on the stand and it had started coming unglued somehow. I was panicked and tool it back. A different guy handled it but basically with a nonchalant attitude towards my time and effort to get it across the mountain back to them, told me to go run errands and he'd have it redone in an hour!!! As if the party wasn't starting!!!! I was so upset I just left without a word. He called me and told me it was ready and a young lady handed it to me and I had to race home with it! It was all avoidable!!! I was late getting to the things I needed to do because of a darn sign that I paid 85 dollars to have at the party!
